rural lifestyle - suburban convienience

Welcome

We welcome all residents, owners, present and future ratepayers of the Coronet Bay township to our new, exclusive web site.

This web site will provide you with the history of Coronet Bay, our vision for the future and our plans for development of the remainder of the township.

It will deal with current and future concerns and problems that may be encountered.

The latest relevant planning provisions and compliance introduced by the authorities; the community social facilities that need to be provided for the township; the entertainment and sporting outlets and other important items of interest for your information.

The Purpose

This web site should act as a conduit between the various associations in the township, the owner and developer, the Shire Council and Councillors, in order to provide an easy and accessible means to air opinions and ideas on relevant issues without favour or discrimination.

The general public will be able to express their criticism, objections or enthusiasm on any relevant subject related to Coronet Bay; make enquiries and demand true answers to questions, supported where possible by facts, documents, legal opinion and proof.

This web site will be fully operative, constantly updated with information related to general real estate trends, prices and activities. It would highlight new ideas and services, facilities, entertainment and sporting activities by other similar communities and townships. It would inform you of local events, new developments, restaurants, shops, markets and venues.

Ongoing

The developer is planning a retirement village for the township and possibly an aged care facility. We will inform the Coronet Bay public of how these communities will operate and the charges applicable.

The current most heated problem concerning the community is the access to and use of the boat ramp on the Estate and its future. This would be the subject of this opening web site while other items are being prepared to follow in order of priority.

We will deal with the next subject in the near future, namely the proposed Sporting Village development and its benefit to the township.

Providing material to all the links above may take some time, but what is important is the web site is now open for the general public’s inquires, opinions and statements dealing with any relevant issues of the township of Coronet Bay and its surrounds.
